General Instructions:

1. Qualification Criteria:-
   1. For Sr. # 1: The required degree must be in 1^stDivision with minimum 2.5/4.0 CGPA in Semester System / minimum 60% marks in Annual System.  
   2. For Sr. # 2 to 18: The required degree must be in 1^stDivision with minimum 60% Marks.
   3. For Sr. # 1 to 13,  14(i), 15(i),16(i),17(i) and 18(i): Only one 2^nd Division is allowed in entire educational career, however, no 3^rd Division is allowed.
2. Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates must be from HEC / PEC / Govt. recognized Institutes as applicable.
   For A-Level / O-Level / Foreign Degree, equivalence certificates from IBCC / HEC are required clearly mentioning division / percentage / CGPA.
3. The prescribed educational qualifications must have been acquired on or before the Closing Date for submission of applications.
4. "Post Qualification Experience"means the experience gained after date of attaining the required qualification till the Closing Date.
5. Minimum age limit for above mentioned posts is 18 years, whereas upper age limit is 35 years. The cut-off date for calculation of age is the closing date for submission of applications as given in the advertisement. Upper age limit can be relaxed in case of specialized experience / qualification.
6. Only the candidates who fulfil prescribed eligibility criteria may apply. Candidature of those who do not fulfil the requirements and apply for any of the above positions, may be cancelled at any stage during the process of selection or subsequently and no claim whatsoever will be acceptable during and after selection.
7. Employment will be offered against Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) as per Govt. policy issued from time to time.
8. Candidates already serving in Govt. / Semi Govt. organizations must apply through proper channel.
9. Fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee short listing. If large number of applicants meet selection criteria, only the most qualified will be shortlisted.
10. No TA / DA will be admissible for appearing in test / interview.
